Why Choose Garage Gladiators

Owner-Led Craftsmanship

Every project is installed by the owner and his family. No subcontractors. No hand-offs. Direct accountability from start to finish.

Professional Equipment & Prep

We mechanically diamond grind every square inch of your slab. Surface preparation determines performance. We do it right.

Premium Material Systems

Moisture-tolerant polyurea base coat. Full broadcast flake. UV-stable polyaspartic top coat. Built for real garage conditions.

20-Year Warranty

Our installation is backed by a 20-year craftsmanship warranty. Confidence comes from doing the job properly.

The Gladiator Coating Process

This is how our garage flake system is installed from start to finish — most projects are completed in one day.

Diamond Grinding

We mechanically grind the entire slab using commercial-grade diamond equipment to open the concrete and create proper bonding.

Dust Extraction

Industrial vacuums remove all debris and fine dust to ensure a clean, contaminant-free surface.

Repair & Restoration

We open, fill, and level cracks. Surface imperfections are repaired to create a smooth, stable foundation.

Polyurea Base Coat

A moisture-tolerant polyurea base coat is applied at proper thickness to penetrate and bond directly to the slab.

Full Flake Broadcast

Decorative flake is broadcast to full rejection, ensuring complete coverage and long-term durability. Custom blends available.

Scraping & Recovery

After curing, the floor is scraped in multiple directions and vacuumed to remove excess flake and create a uniform texture.

Polyaspartic Top Coat

An industrial-grade, UV-stable polyaspartic top coat is applied to seal the system, providing chemical resistance and slip-resistant texture.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My garage floor was a sticky mess due to a handyman who assured me that he knew what he was doing. He didn't. I was getting desperate when I found Dave at Garage Gladiators. He saved the day. He is a true professional ... knowledgeable, good communicator, prompt, just a pleasure to deal with in every way. I feel confident you will agree.
